Our Story
3rd Generation Family-Owned Business
Henry Lowe founded Lowe's Potatoes in 1950, and it has remained in the family for three generations. Initially, Tib Hall Farm was a cattle and arable farm, breeding up to 160 cows, until 30 years later, when it became solely arable.
The farm grew up to 130 acres and began selling unwashed potatoes directly to stores like Sainsburys, Morrisons, and McCains.
From 2020, Lowe's expanded to supplying washed and pre-packaged potatoes selling to wholesale markets, farm shops, local convenience stores, catering outlets, pubs and restaurants.
